 Prof. Dr. Ilija Komljenovic after completion of basic studies at the Faculty of Agriculture in Osijek, he was in direct plant production of PPC Kutjevo as an intern and later at the Agricultural Institute of Osijek, Department of agro-technical scientific research, machinery and reclamation, which had previously acquired expertise  complete scientific knowledge while working in this scientific institution.

    Dr. Ilija Komljenoviæ is the master's thesis defended 01/02/1991  and   PhD thesis 28th  04.1995  at the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Belgrade.

    It was during the previous period, has successfully applied the acquired theoretical knowledge and practical work through active participation in the implementation of national and international projects as a coordinator or team member.  Also, Dr. Komljenovic had previously been involved in a number of scientific and professional conferences.

The teaching process at the Faculty of Agriculture proved to be an accomplished lecturer on General farming, Crop Production, Cropping Systems, Basics of Crop Production and Farming for several courses, successfully passed through all steps of progress in the teaching profession, from senior assistant to associate professor.  During this period, he wrote as authorship and coauthor 7 books (textbooks, professional books), and 5 expertise and  30 scientific papers.

    Since the election of associate professor by now, written in co-authorship and authorship of four books (textbook, monograph and two professional books), 5 original research papers in journals of national importance, 6 original scientific papers in the overseas event of international importance, 7 research papers  in leading international journals with impact factor, 2 Review of work in international journals, two short communications and was a coordinator or team member in 5 projects of national and international significance.

    Dr. Ilija is Komljenovic In addition, a member of the defense three master's theses, a member of the Commission for the defense of a doctoral dissertation.  He has supervised the preparation of doctoral thesis of the candidate Mr. Goran Djurasinovic, titled "The variability of important characteristics of malting barley in the interaction with the locality and nitrogen.
